Our mobile sugar shack and our team travel to the location of your choice! Are you organizing an event? We are here to satisfy your guests' sweet tooth.

On-site, we cook and serve our "ultra-Québécois" poutine with maple-smoked bacon, as well as delicious hot apple and maple donuts, prepared right before your eyes. Thanks to our cooling table, you can also savor our authentic maple taffy (the real, good stuff).

Rain or shine, hot or cold: we are always there!

Details

  • Travel within a maximum radius of 100km. Or more ($1.50 / additional kilometer)
  • 4 hours scheduled with setup (Additional time on site: $90 / hour)
  • We will review and adjust amounts if the ordered quantity exceeds during the event.

Our poutine with maple-smoked bacon

In collaboration with Saucissons Vaudois, we are proud to present their delicious maple-smoked bacon, featured in our savory 100% Québécois poutine. Our homemade fries, prepared and cooked on site, accompanied by "squeak-squeak" cheese that is always fresh, make this poutine a reinvented classic that warms the heart!

Our hot apple and maple donuts

Our homemade donuts, cooked on site and served piping hot, are simply a must-try. Prepared with care, they offer, over time, an authentic flavor: melting apple pieces inside, generously sprinkled with maple sugar. Soft, golden, and comforting!

Our maple taffy

Prepared with love in our kitchens and placed in a bucket, our maple taffy is ready to delight sweet tooths! A simple bain-marie to warm it up, a cooling table (previously iced with potable water), and wooden sticks: everything is in place for you to taste an authentic flavor of Quebec.
