Asparagus also has the distinction of being one of Quebec's very first vegetables to emerge in spring, officially announcing the return of local harvests. All our asparagus is organically grown, respecting nature and product quality. We are also proud to be among Quebec's largest organic asparagus producers, which allows us to offer a high-quality product in quantity throughout the season.
