Maple Mustard Pork Roast

- Onions
- Chicken or vegetable broth

Preparation
Brown the roast
Sear the pork roast over high heat in a pan. Place a bed of sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker, then place the roast on top.
Season
Brush the roast generously with maple mustard. Season with salt, pepper, and maple spices. Pour broth around it.
Simmer
